Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00am - 6:30pm
Pay Rate: $25-$35/hr (Based On Experience)

Position Type: Short-Term Contract

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Must know Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.
Assisting Senior FSE with preventative maintenance activities.
Must follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE.
Power off all the system and related subcomponents.
Daily pre-task planning with the customer.
Document all decon activities (2D - Decon checklist).
Pump purging of gas lines.
Flush drain and blowout residual liquids.
Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures, using JHA/JSA, PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and chemical safety while driving quality and cost improvements.
Collaborate with area leaders and stakeholders to support preventative maintenance and resolve non-routine equipment and process issues.

Requirements:

Junior Field Service Engineers must have 1-4 years of semiconductor-related experience.
Senior Field Service Engineers must have 5+ years of semiconductor-related experience.
Knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on ICE Etch Tools.
Mechanical and/or electrical experience repairing and rebuilding pumps, motors, working with boilers, or changing commercial air unit filters
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexible with assignments and responsibilities, able to multitask and prioritize
Able to handle basic arithmetic calculations
Required drug screening and background check
High School Diploma/GED

Preferences:

Semiconductor Industry Experience is preferred

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
