Construction RFI/Submittal Coordinator
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $36.00 + DOE
Location: Boise, ID.
Position Type: Full Time

The Construction RFI/Submittal Coordinator is an administrative role that will assist with the coordination of multi-discipline RFI and submittal reviews by the Engineering, Construction, and O&M teams. This position requires focused attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and strong communication skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- High level review of all incoming RFI’s and Submittals to ensure the appropriate discipline(s) are assigned.
- Disposition of RFI’s and Submittals to the appropriate persons or groups when needed.
- Coordination with external counterparts for RFI/Submittal updates.
- Coordination with internal Document Control as needed for RFI/Submittal document retention.
- Pull reports from multiple RFI/Submittal platforms for use and/or presentation to the stakeholders.
- Face to face coordination with stakeholders to ensure appropriate adherence to RFI/Submittal schedules.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience in a construction environment.
- Must have a general understanding of engineering & construction disciplines.
- Must have a general understanding of industry standard RFI and Submittal workflows.
- Ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders.
