Schedule: 12-hour Compressed Work Week. 4 Days on 3 Days Off, Rotating, Days or Nights
Pay Rate: $23.00 Hourly + Overtime + 10% Shift premiums for night shift + $500 Sign On Bonus

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
- Use hand tools, basic diagnostic techniques, and established procedures to maintain equipment performance and reliability.
- Inspect equipment and identify potential mechanical issues before they impact production.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality requirements at all times.
- Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to team members and supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with technicians, engineers, and operations personnel to support manufacturing goals.
- Learn advanced troubleshooting and technical maintenance skills through on-the-job training and development programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- 1-5 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Automotive repair or service
- HVAC
- Facilities maintenance
- Equipment installation
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Military technical occupations
- Mechanical or electrical maintenance roles
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools, power tools, or maintenance equipment.
- Ability to follow procedures, work safely, and maintain a strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable wearing a full cleanroom suit and other required PPE.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
