Tool Staging and Move Coordinator
Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $36-$45 DOE, hourly

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the staging, transportation, delivery, installation, and relocation of manufacturing equipment across the site.
- Partner with internal teams, contractors, tool owners, and logistics providers to support equipment move and installation projects.
- Develop and manage equipment move schedules, ensuring alignment with installation timelines, operational priorities, and resource availability.
- Support logistics activities for manufacturing, laboratory, and facility operations while minimizing disruption to site production.
- Track project milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution of equipment installations and relocations.
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges related to equipment movement, staging, and installation activities.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on project schedules, priorities, and requirements.
- Ensure all equipment transport and installation activities are completed safely and in compliance with site procedures and standards.
- Utilize reporting tools and tracking systems to monitor equipment status, move progress, and project performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment staging, transportation, storage, and installation efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting equipment moves, staging, transportation, construction, coordination, or rigging-related activities.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Previous semiconductor, construction, logistics, or equipment coordination experience.
- Semiconductor operations, layout, facilities, trades, engineering, equipment installation, or logistics experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving tool owners, suppliers, contractors, transport teams, and site stakeholders.
- Knowledge of equipment staging, storage, transportation, installation practices, and site logistics systems such as TMQ/TMS, PRISM, or Maximo. CAD experience or familiarity with layout and equipment planning tools.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
