Project Scheduler - Semiconductor
Schedule: E Shift (Days) - Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40.00/hour

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Ramp Schedule Lead and Ramp Manager with the following:
- Develop and sustain Microsoft Project schedules for all tool installations, upgrades and demo.
- Follow instructions to duplicate template schedules for new tool additions.
- Implement Continuous Improvement actions such as adding line items to schedule templates.
- Join field walk inspections, document conditions and publish reports as required.
- Capture/record action items using existing Action Tracker template.
- Publish weekly report highlighting past due and upcoming actions.
- Follow up with action owners as needed to drive completion, escalate to manager when needed to highlight late/past due actions.
- Capture notes and actions during meetings.
- Distribute meeting minutes and actions to meeting distribution.
- Utilize Outlook to schedule follow up break out meetings as needed to resolve open actions.
- Other Duties assigned as needed.
Requirements:
- 5 plus years of previous semiconductor experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, able to take direction from multiple people throughout various meetings and work groups.
- Good communication skills, able to communicate in writing and verbally to stakeholders including employees, vendors and contractors.
- Comfortable in a professional setting such as conference rooms, and industrial settings such as sub-Fab and Fab areas.
- A safety-first-minded person who is comfortable stopping work if/when they see hazards during field walks.
- Microsoft skills, able to use Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to create/modify documents.
- Microsoft Project & Power BI experience is a plus.
- High School/GED, Associates
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
