Project Manager
Schedule: M-F (7:00am-3:30pm)
Pay Rate: $40+ DOE
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with project team to identify, mitigate, or eliminate project safety risk.
- Understand and apply basic
- Read and interpret blue prints
- Interface with procurement to ensure project materials have been ordered and establish lead time for the materials.
- Track long lead items and their effect on project schedule.
- Identify long lead items during design.
- Create PO requests for material and services as needed.
- Create receipts for received materials or services completed.
- Maintain and file project documents related to PM scope of work.
- Possesses good knowledge of customer’s ERP system relevant to PM role.
- Schedule development and management.
- Apply good technical problem solving skills.
- Keep project schedules and database entries up to date.
- Participate in project meetings and present project information as needed.
Requirements:
- Completed training in basic construction safety (OSHA 10 or equivalent in-house training).
- Understands project lifecycle, phases, and roles/responsibilities within each phase.
- Understand basic scheduling techniques (CPM, float, predecessors, constraints, leads and lags).
- Ability to use MS Project utilizing and modifying MS Project templates, while retaining schedule logic.
- Basic estimating skills and ability to create a bottom up project estimate with input from project stakeholders.
- Certification in Business Process Management such as PMP
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- Greenfield or Brownfield project experience
- Waste water and ultra pure water experience
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
