Field Service Engineer - Team Lead
Schedule: Day Shift: M- F Shift 1
Pay Rate: $33-$38/hr.
Location: Hillsboro, OR.
Travel: Occasional Travel - 30%
Position Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Startup and commissioning of new equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and technical support.
- Provide technical support to customers, sales, and application teams and participate in customer meetings.
- Perform routine and schedule preventative maintenance on tools.
- Answer technical questions from our customers about system repairs and applications.
- Stay current with the latest upgrades and training of new products and software.
- Prepare written reports for work performed per client and customer requirements.
- Conduct warranty repairs, retrofits, and troubleshooting of waste gas abatement systems.
- Install system upgrades and engage in performance improvement efforts.
- Work with onsite teams on maintenance issues, alarms, and repairs.
- Comply with OSHA, local, client, and company safety requirements.
- Travel to other customers and locations.
- Bachelor's Degree in electronics or mechanics.
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and communication systems.
- 5+ years of experience working inside a semiconductor manufacturing or similar facility.
- HAZOP experience dealing with toxic, corrosive, and flammable gases.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow schematics, plans, and other technical documents.
- Strong customer service and people skills.
- Must be initiative-taking, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Efficient and cost-conscious work methods.
- Professional appearance and high-quality standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- High voltage electrical experience is a plus
