Superintendent
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (May require occasional weekend or off-hours work as needed)
Pay Rate: $72.12 hourly

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead day‑to‑day field operations for AMHS electrical installation activities.
- Direct subcontractor teams, ensuring proper staffing, shift coverage, and work sequencing.
- Act as the on‑site liaison between internal management, customers, vendors, and inspectors.
- Ensure all work aligns with project plans, electrical drawings, and customer specifications.
- Supervise installation of AMHS electrical components, including OHT power systems, stocker feeds, controls, and associated infrastructure.
- Confirm field installations meet quality requirements and technical specifications.
- Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Monitor progress and provide field‑level reporting to the Project Manager.
- Identify schedule risks early and take corrective action to maintain timelines.
- Enforce internal and customer safety standards.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety observations, and inspections.
- Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, cleanroom requirements, and fab protocols.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with scope, quality, and schedule expectations.
- Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and Intel operations teams to resolve constraints.
- Plan material deliveries and ensure proper handling, staging, and installation sequencing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience in semiconductor, high‑tech, or industrial construction environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems installation and construction workflows.
- Experience working within cleanroom environments and active semiconductor fabs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, construction packages, and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities with the ability to manage multiple teams.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure project environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AMHS systems, industrial controls, or automation equipment.
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
