Project Construction QA/QC
Schedule: M-F (7:00am-4:00pm)
Pay Rate: $50 - $55 per hour
Onsite Location: Boise, ID

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide QA/QC oversight throughout all phases of construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, construction codes, company standards, and quality requirements.
- Inspect and verify materials, workmanship, installation practices, and documentation to ensure project quality and operational excellence.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established quality expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, construction teams, and facility stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues to support schedule, performance, and compliance objectives.
- Ensure construction deliverables meet the requirements of a semiconductor manufacturing environment and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of facilities processes, systems, construction materials, installation practices, and applicable construction codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and cut sheets to verify compliance with project requirements.
- Working knowledge of construction safety standards with a demonstrated commitment to ensuring safety regulations and rules are consistently followed.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to successfully navigate challenging situations and collaborate effectively across project teams.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to quality excellence, ensuring construction work is performed efficiently and meets company and project standards.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
