Project Engineer
Schedule: M-Sat, 6x10s
Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 Annually
Location: Phoenix, AZ, Ability to work a hybrid schedule as determined by direct manager.
Travel: Must be able to travel locally and domestically up to 50%
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage and manage internal/external resources as required to support assigned projects.
- Engage with customers and project site to coordinate project activities.
- Monitor and drive the use of NTRACK project reporting system.
- Ensure the quality of all products delivered to customers.
- Write and deliver Change Orders and Project Delay notices.
- Set up and maintain documents that support project invoicing.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures of the site, customer and WGNSTAR are followed.
- Ensure relevant government policies and procedures are complied with.
- Be the first in/last out of the project site every workday.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related or similar role.
- Strong reading comprehension/retention, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with the NTRACK process and reporting system.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills to accurately create and maintain project documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently with transparency, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and professional conduct.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
