Facilities SAP Clearinghouse Specialist - ID001
Shift: M-F, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay Rate: $21+ DOE, Hourly
Location: Boise, ID
The Principal Duties and Responsibilities will be:
- Facilitate and process work order requests for the Boise site including internal customer requests for Fab, Facilities, and building sites and grounds.
- Customer-facing position leveraging professional usage of all communication channels including Phone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and in-person.
- SAP resource lead for assistance in using and understanding SAP for the facilities' work order business process.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
- Team player and collaborator.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 1-2 years of prior experience using SAP.
- Background in Construction or Facilities Manufacturing Plant
