AMHS Administrator
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (May require occasional weekend or off-hours work as needed)
Pay Rate: $31.25 hourly

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for operations, meetings, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain project files, drawings, redlines, logs, and vendor documentation in accordance with customer standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports, trackers, and dashboards for leadership review.
- Support procurement activities including PO requests, material tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Assist with creating and maintaining installation schedules, task lists, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely handoffs and documentation updates.
- Maintain resource allocation sheets, shift rosters, and access control lists for AMHS personnel.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and distribute action items.
- Maintain asset logs, equipment serial lists, and document turnover records.
- Assist with tracking NCRs, QA/QC reports, and commissioning documentation.
- Coordinate site access, training records, and required certifications for AMHS personnel.
- Support onboarding of new team members and help maintain skill‑matrix records.
- Assist with logistics planning, material staging information, and tool/asset inventory tracking.
- Ensure that all AMHS documentation aligns with cleanroom protocols, safety requirements, and file structure standards.
- Manage controlled documents including drawings, ITPs, SOPs, JSAs, and installation manuals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or operations support experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and/or project management tools.
- Ability to interpret basic technical documentation, drawings, and installation records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AMHS operations, installation workflows, or semiconductor equipment processes.
- Experience working in cleanroom or high‑tech manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting large project teams (engineering, construction, or technical groups).
- Experience with document control systems, quality records, or commissioning tools.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
