Project Manager
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $90,000 Annually DOE
Location: Boise, ID, with hybrid work flexibility at the manager's discretion
Travel: Must be able to travel locally with potential travel domestically

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Manage 50+ employees on site to ensure WGNSTAR Safety culture is adhered to with zero safety incidents.
- Drive high standards to achieve quality, safety and operational excellence.
- Must be able to produce AAR (After Action Reviews) reports in detail to upper management when any on site incident occurs.
- Manage employees to perform quality work is being performed with close attention to detail and with zero quality events
- Manage the finance of operations and control cost.
- Plan and take action to protect Company & Customer assets, reputation and ensure business continuity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the job site for clients, coordinating all account activity and operational support
- Provide technical leadership and operational management for assigned personnel supporting semiconductor manufacturing, facilities, and equipment operations on customer sites
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization internal & external to support long‑term partnership and business growth with clients
- Engage with employees and clients daily to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and address concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Represent WGNSTAR in planning, operational, and business development meetings
- Develop, track, and report KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and operational metrics for both customers and WGNSTAR leadership
- Partner with the Director of Operations to forecast business needs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Coordinate and participate in on site meetings with internal teams and key customer stakeholders
- Actively identify and pursue opportunities to expand services with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct in‑depth technical and general interviews (via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in‑person sessions) to evaluate candidate qualifications, problem‑solving ability, cultural fit, and technical competencies
- Lead and manage onsite operations teams, providing clear direction, daily oversight, and ongoing support
- Exercise full managerial authority for hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, performance management, coaching, goal setting, attendance, compensation recommendations and technical competency development
- Champion a strong Health & Safety culture for all employees and contractors
- Monitor team performance to ensure consistent operational excellence and adherence to expectations
- 3+ years of experience in operations management within a semiconductor, high‑tech manufacturing, or advanced technical environment
- Demonstrated success leading teams in fast‑paced, dynamic, and customer‑focused environments
- Proven ability to develop, track, and report KPIs, forecast operational needs, and drive continuous process improvement
- Technical knowledge of equipment utilized within a Semiconductor or related facilities and manufacturing environment
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups
- High technical aptitude with a solid understanding of processes, tools, and workflows within the semiconductor industry and/or industrial environments
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to build strong client relationships and represent the organization professionally in operational and business development settings
- Ability to brief technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and executive teams
- Customer friendly, presentable, and personable as a Company Representative
- IT proficient with ability to write clear, coherent, concise and professional e mails/letters/presentations

- Fluency in English - Spoken & Written
Physical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis, will work on site and must be able to walk up to 3 miles per day. Will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, drive, and lift up to 25 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
