Communication Administrator
Schedule: M-F, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay Rate: 34+ DOE, Hourly
Onsite Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Craft high-impact internal communications to foster team engagement and cultivate a positive collaborative culture.
- Develop compelling multimedia content (email, video, digital signage, etc.) to convey the captivating narrative.
- Drive communication initiatives to strengthen connections between team members and leaders.
- Assist company leadership endeavors using strategic communication to drive organizational goals.
- Analyze data provided by project teams and functional areas to craft compelling narratives that translate complex ideas into engaging content.
- Be flexible to undertake any other duties as required to support the organization's needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of communications, public relations, or media experience.
- Mastery of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Knowledge of AP writing style.
- Master in Microsoft Suite: SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint.
