PVD Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor) - OR001
Schedule: Day Shift, M-F
Pay Rate: $35-$50 Hourly, DOE
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
This position is open to local candidates and travelers.
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
- Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
- Must be able to perform complete tool shutdown
- Power off all the system and related subcomponents
- Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
- Daily pre-task planning with customer
- Install caps/plugs, shipping fixtures and casters
- Disassemble tool in preparations for removal from fab
- Document all Deinstall activities (2D - Deinstall checklist)
- Reporting status of Deinstall project
- Must follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE
- Must have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment
- Junior Field Service Engineers should have 1-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Senior Field Service Engineers should have a minimum of 5 + years of OEM direct experience
