Decommissioning Manager
Schedule: Day Shift, M-F
Pay Rate: $30 - $40 Hourly
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
This position is open to local candidates only.
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
Planning: Prioritizing schedules and ensuring timely responses to issues.
Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines i.e., Ensuring Daily Safety Procedures, Proper PPE Usage, Documentation, and Report Incidents.
Weekly Meeting: Must attend weekly customer meetings,
Daily/Weekly Reports: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Manager Semiconductor Field Service Engineers.
Ability to work in a Team Environment, Excellent Communicator, and Team Oriented.
Requirements:
Prior management experience with tool deinstall activities
A Plus if you have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.
Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in the workplace
