Field Service Engineer - Wet Etch Equipment
Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hourly. DOE
Location: Manassas, VA
Open to US based Travelers - Travel and related expenses, including per diems are covered
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wet Etch Semiconductor equipment experience is required.
- Ability to work well with team members in Production and Process Engineering to improve and stabilize new and existing platforms, line response, quality, yield, tool reliability, productivity, cycle time, and cost reduction.
- Mentor new technicians and openly learn from experienced colleagues.
- Collaborate with Customer and Engineering groups to coordinate installation activities, service needs and equipment improvement requests.
- Maintain all safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and related principles and tools.
- 5+ years related experience with Wet ETCH 300mm systems; knowledge with TEL, AMAT, SCREEN, etc., primarily SCREEN FC31, SU30/31/32, and SS30/31.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Maintenance skills with solid experience in resolving tool related challenges.
- Required to troubleshoot and repair issues on Wet ETCH systems.
- 8+ years experience as Field Service Engineer.
Physical Effort/Activities:
- May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day.
- Able to climb, stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, and kneel in confined spaces.
- Work at heights, on a ladder.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds / 22.6 KG at times.
- Able to carry 30 pounds, tools and components.
