Schedule: Monday - Friday, Onsite/In Office

Location: Chandler, AZ

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation on candidates, hiring decisions, and all talent acquisition activities
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies—including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, industry events, and other recruiting platforms
- Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline
- Communicate consistently and professionally with internal stakeholders
- Communicate consistently and professionally with internal and customer hiring managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future openings, with a particular focus on specialized technical roles
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication, clear expectations, and constructive feedback
- Plan and conduct recruitment screening calls with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct candidate phone screens and coordinate all subsequent interview scheduling
- Adhere consistently to established Talent Acquisition processes, procedures, and compliance standards
- Maintain up-to-date internal trackers for open positions and candidate progress
- Perform labor market research to support hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with EEO, OFCCP, and internal audit requirements
- Analyze hiring trends, candidate expectations, and labor market conditions, and present insights to leadership to support informed decision-making
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring teams for new requisitions to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency in role expectations
- Provide continuous communication to hiring managers and leadership regarding position status, pipeline updates, and next steps
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience performing full-cycle recruitment
- Strong communication skills, high integrity, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Experience sourcing and hiring for specialized, hard‑to‑fill, or senior‑level roles
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ yrs experience in the Semiconductor Industry
- 3+ yrs experience recruiting for Sr Field Service Engineers and Specialized Skillsets
