Tool Install Scheduler
Schedule: M-F (7:00am-4:00pm)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated semiconductor tool installation schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with internal planning and scheduling systems.
- Coordinate schedule inputs across construction, facilities, manufacturing, vendors, and project teams to maintain an executable project plan.
- Create and manage detailed micro schedules in Hoylu to support installation sequencing, milestone tracking, trade partner coordination, and short-term planning.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify critical path impacts, constraints, risks, and logic gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Track project execution progress and provide daily, weekly, and milestone-based reporting on schedule status, variances, and recovery opportunities.
- Prepare KPI dashboards, presentations, and visual reports for leadership and stakeholder meetings, translating complex project data into actionable insights.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings, pull-planning sessions, and cross-functional coordination activities to ensure alignment and readiness across teams.
- Maintain schedule integrity by ensuring data quality, milestone consistency, naming conventions, and integration across multiple scheduling and reporting platforms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, construction scheduling, tool installation coordination, or project controls within semiconductor, industrial, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, logic ties, float analysis, and milestone management.
- Proven ability to develop and present schedule reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and executive-level project updates.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large data sets, identifying trends, and clearly communicating schedule risks and impacts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other project reporting and data visualization tools.
- Effective communicator with strong coordination skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, with experience supporting semiconductor fabs, cleanrooms, facilities, or tool installation projects.
- Experience using Hoylu or similar collaborative planning and pull-planning platforms to support project execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong understanding of readiness milestones, utility coordination, installation sequencing, and construction/project execution requirements.
- Knowledge of project controls, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and schedule recovery planning methodologies.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
