EHS Workforce Development
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm
Pay Rate: $28+/hr DOE
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Part Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain EHS training content and documentation
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions on Safety, Health, and Environmental topics in an engaging manner
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training and documentation materials are accurate and consistent
- Extract and analyze EHS training and documentation data
- Follow proper document management and version control processes to maintain training materials
- Track training completion, attendance, and related metrics using Excel and other tools
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented Training & Documentation Specialist with excellent organizational and time-management skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong presentation and instructor skills with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences
- Demonstrated technical writing skills, including the ability to clearly document processes, procedures, and workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, tracking, and basic analysis, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) content
- Experience developing training programs in technical, operational, or corporate environments
- Experience maintaining controlled or regulated documentation
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), SharePoint, or document control tools
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, formulas, conditional formatting, data validation)
Physical Effort/Activities: Requires frequent walking and prolonged standing, in addition to performing administrative duties in a desk-based setting.
