Lead Preventative Maintenance Technician
Shift: CWW Schedule
Pay Rate: $23 - $26 Hourly DOE
Location: Hillsboro, OR

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee FOUP docking, run open/close sequence, N2 purge, and check for alarms and report to customer team.
- Support routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating lateral rails and cleaning in confined spaces per module documentation.
- Manage inventory of tooling and resources (e.g., shark cages, utility cages) in Fuzion; oversee test wafer and chamber conditioning.
- Oversee safety and cleanliness through fab/sub-fab walks; complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification procedures.
- Required Min 2 years on any semiconductor toolset.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
