AMHS Project Manager
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (May require occasional weekend or off-hours work as needed)
Pay Rate: $72.12 hourly
Location: Chandler, AZ
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of AMHS projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Serve as primary liaison between internal and customer vendors.
- Ensure alignment on technical specifications, safety protocols, and operational requirements.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of AMHS electrical to components including OHTs, stockers, and control systems.
- Coordinate system integration with fab automation and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting efforts.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Track progress against milestones and proactively address delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure all work complies with Intel’s safety standards and local regulations.
- Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with AMHS supplier.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, facilities, and operations teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with AMHS systems.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems, SPC, DOE, and equipment integration.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fab operations and cleanroom protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of machine learning applications in logistics optimization.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
