Cost Controller & Analyst
Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45+ DOE, Hourly
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to achieve corporate cost efficiency goals and business plans.
- Develop, implement, and improve facilities cost and capital management processes that align with corporate business processes.
- Monitor performance to plan.
- Track and monitor budgets for multiple projects.
- Track and monitor cash flows for multiple projects.
- Manage the invoicing team to ensure payments are issued within the net payment terms.
- Cost plan & review estimates from general contractor benchmarking.
- Analyze and report on project cost performance, finding opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously drive budgeting process improvement.
- Identify and analyze spending to meet the budget target with data analysis skills and continuously improve to hit the stretch goal.
- 3+ years of experience in a cost management/cost control role with a general contractor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related field/experience.
- Ability to effectively organize and facilitate meetings.
- Demonstrate high-level integrity in managing sensitive data.
- Able to develop long-term working relationships and trust across the global Facilities network.
- Previous industrial construction experience.
