QA/QC Manager - Electrical Tool Install
Schedule: M-F (5x10s + Sat 8 hrs)
Pay Rate: $140k annually
Location: Taylor, TX

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QAQC protocols for electrical tool installations in semiconductor environments.
- Conduct detailed inspections and audits to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspections, test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to Samsung’s semiconductor facility standards and ABM’s safety and quality procedures.
- Support commissioning and turnover processes by validating installation quality and completeness.
- Train and mentor field personnel on QAQC procedures and best practices.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding quality performance and improvement opportunities.
- Journeyman’s License or above.
- 5+ years of experience in QAQC roles within semiconductor projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation standards, and cleanroom protocols.
- Proficient in QAQC tools and documentation platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, MS Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred. (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with QAQC in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
