Field Service Engineer
Pay Rate: $26-$28 DOE
Location: Camas, WA (Local Candidates Only)
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong Electro-Mechanical Knowledge
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and maintenance issues on mechanical systems.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide range of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems.
- Apply sound judgment to resolve non-standard maintenance and operational problems.
- Follow general work instructions and job plans while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Review and complete assigned work orders, maintenance tasks, and repair projects efficiently.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, troubleshoot electrical systems, and work with sensors, PLCs, motors, and control systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organization, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work within a highly regulated environmental compliance culture and follow strict safety procedures.
- Willingness to work a compressed work-week schedule.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments.
- 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Preferred: Experience supporting facility operations and maintaining mechanical building systems.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
