Fleet Shop Project Coordinator - ID001
Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 430pm
Pay Rate: $35 - $40
Location: Boise, ID
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Procuring and managing end-of-life of all equipment, capital, and expenses, and managing annual POs for supplies and repairs.
- DMV vehicle registrations and managing the fleet shop metrics.
- Working closely and interacting with the Fleet shop mechanics in their daily work operations, as well as supply vendors, customers, and senior management.
- Managing vehicle and bike PMs, insurance, vehicle registration, and proactively sourcing additional vendors for cost reduction.
- Strong skills needed to partner, negotiate, and coordinate efforts across a variety of disciplines.
- Strong understanding of funding approval processes and a working knowledge of project estimating systems.
- The ability to be flexible with job responsibilities and take the initiative to assume added responsibilities.
- Provide a high level of service with a strong customer focus and build effective relationships with supported teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the department.
- Ability to manage capital expenses, Pos, and purchases.
- Strong ability to manage metrics, KPIs, and metrics.
- Solid critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects and enjoy working in a demanding environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be meticulous, follow complex procedures, and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with SAP or Microsoft Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft programs, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn DMV registration processes.
- Understand Ariba, SAP, and Procurement processes.
- The ability to manage insurance and make appropriate updates when applicable.
- Monthly P Card verification.
- Strong ability to learn new software programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Associates or Bachelors degree
