OSM Project Manager - 001
Shift: M-F Days
Pay Rate: $45-$60
Location: Boise, ID
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Performance and personnel management of all assigned team members
- Program level point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Ensure that program quality standards are delivered by oversight of how QA is managed at each site
- Ensure that fabrication and delivery of assemblies are aligned to the tool install schedules working with the OSM Coordinators and OSM Scheduler / Document Control
- Manage performance metrics, KPI’s, current status, and financial accountability to the client at pre-determined cadence
- Oversight of the entire OSM effort by direct interaction with OSM Coordinators and monitoring of WGNSTAR’s NTRACK data holding all team members accountable for their part
- Support continuous improvement in the process including any lessons learned tracking
- Ensure staffing and resource scaling aligns with overall project needs This is a leadership role that includes personnel management of assigned team members
- BS in Const Management, Engineering, or equivalent specific construction experience
Preferred:
- 5+ years of Construction Project Manager/Coordinator experience
