Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22+ DOE, hourly
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

- Utilize specialized equipment to test for particulates and contaminants within the systems.
- Operate analytical testing equipment and adhere to testing procedures, Particle Counter, Moisture, and O2 Analyzer operation and maintenance.
- Oversee helium leak detection.
- Troubleshoot technical and quality control issues.
- Perform in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions, and/or in high places.
- Learn and follow Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 6S programs.
- Completes all required safety training and conducts all work. Stops work for safety if unsafe conditions and/or behaviors are identified.
- Partners with key stakeholders to monitor data to continuously improve critical metrics.
- Utilizes and reviews job hazard analysis (JHA/JSA) for work being performed.
- Follows all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including PPE, CoHE (lockout /tagout), and chemical safety.
Requirements:
- Familiar with the use of basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process flow and instrumentation drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Completes all required safety training and conducts all work. Stops work for safety if unsafe conditions and/or behaviors are identified.
- Intermediate PC skills, including familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
- Strong partnering and teamwork skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers and customers and peers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle basic arithmetic calculations.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
