Documentation Technician
Schedule: M-F, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay rate: $21-$37, hourly
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Document all Gas Service work orders, inventory, and associated gas component items following established procedures and other tasks as assigned.
- Project management through collaboration with site engineers and tool owners to drive system improvements and enhancements.
- Assist in Gas Services working calendar management and coordinate deadlines with gas technicians.
- Create all Gas Services facilitation/de-facilitation checklists for all working projects involving process gases.
- Manage all GASMAINT SAP Work orders and Construction/Expense Projects.
- Create fluid delivery equipment in ET and Manufacturing gas database.
- Add, maintain, and update entries to pass down pertaining to work orders as needed.
- Oversee Auto shutdown Testing and Link creation.
- Create and maintain Auto Shutdown I/O Descriptions in TGM PLC.
- Author, review, and update procedures.
- Oversee and maintain process line qualification and utility gas turn-on inbox.
- Create and maintain Auto Shutdown I/O Descriptions in TGM PLC.
- Author, review, and update procedure.
- AA or 30 college credits or military equivalent.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers and customers.
- Able to multitask and prioritize, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office and ability to learn a variety of different programs.
- Highly attentive to detail and able to identify errors.
- Ability to learn area SCADA systems.
- Create and form trusting relationships with customers and peers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process flow and instrumentation drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Basic understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLC).
- Basic understanding of statistics and statistical process control (SPC).
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. Able to work in constrictive attire, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, have strong manual dexterity as he/she will be occasionally required to work at elevated heights (ladders, stools or other assistive devices).
