We have an immediate opportunity with a leading provider of building maintenance and janitorial supplies, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help expand our market presence.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the building maintenance and janitorial sectors. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Remote work with a base salary of up to ~$70K and a very competitive commission structure with opportunity up to $200K+ depending on target attainment.

Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the building maintenance and janitorial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively position our solutions.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, customer needs, and product performance.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and establish new contacts.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in building maintenance or janitorial supplies but open to train the right individual that is hungry and driven to learn.
- Strong understanding of the building maintenance and janitorial supply industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as this position will be traveling to local customer sites within NC 2-3 days per week, using your own transportation.
- Attention to detail, reliable, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
